Mircea & Partners Law Firm launched a new service – Legal Training™, unique for the Romanian legal market. The Legal Training™ covers the legislation and case law on very specialized legal fields, such as environment law, fiscal law, labor law, and is designed to offer the participants either an introduction to these fields – for beginners - or an in-depth view, in case of more senior staff. The service responds to the problems created by the high mobility of the personnel in several industries (such as banks) or categories of jobs (such as financial and HR departments). The mobility of the personnel, as well as the shortage of qualified personnel, requires the companies to prepare in short periods of time, persons who are capable to take over jobs in departments such as the ones mentioned above.
